About This Product

Meet GÜD Tonics Raw Kava Extract Powder. Made for seasoned kava enthusiasts, this no-frills extract is concentrated straight from kava root. Available in 1oz and 3oz sizes, it's ready for brewing traditional kava tea or mixing into your favorite beverages. Free from additives, it's a simple extract you can measure and mix your own way.

What is Kava Extract?
Kava extract is made from the root of the kava plant, a drink shared at South Pacific gatherings for centuries. With GÜD Tonics Raw Kava Extract Powder, you get that tradition in a concentrated powder you can mix at home.

Don't drive or operate machinery after drinking.

What is kava extract powder?

A concentrated kava powder standardized to kavalactones, the active compounds - stronger than traditional root powder.

How is it different from regular kava powder?

It's an extract, so it's more concentrated - you need less per serving than traditional kava powder.

How do I use it?

Mix it into water, juice or your own kava drink. The format is built to be customized.

How do I measure it?

Check the label for directions. Because it's a concentrated extract, you'll use less powder than with traditional kava root.

What does it taste like?

Earthy and peppery, like traditional kava. Most people mix it into juice or a flavored drink.

Is this a good first kava product?

It can be. It's more concentrated than traditional kava root powder, so read the label directions before your first mix.

POTENT

potent

It did exactly what it promised

GÜD Tonics Raw Kava Extract Powder did what it said it would do. The relaxation was real and physical, my head stayed clear, the social ease was genuine, the evening got slower and softer in exactly the way the copy promised, and the next mornings were clean. The strength is legitimate and the consistency was reassuring.

Clean, simple packaging

The packaging is fine. Clean

Shipped fast and arrived intact!

My order processed within the window they advertise they say one to three business days, and mine moved out on day two, so no complaints there. It arrived well-packed and intact, nothing crushed or leaking, the powder sealed properly.

Sniffed it, nodded, good start

I gave it a sniff. Nodded. Felt like kava. Good start.

a solid 4 out of 5

well, ill give it a 4/5

It really does slow the evening down

The last bllet point promises it'll "spport a slower, more gronded evening state," and yeah. Yeah, it does that.

the powder kept well

I'd buy it again, 100%!

I'd buy it again 100%

Different tools for different moods

Love it! For me, on a weeknight, efficiency wins. On a lazy weekend afternoon when I have time to make the whole thing an event, I might still reach for root. Different tools for different moods.

Works harder than I expected

I'll keep this short because I'm not the type to write essays.
I'd had kava maybe a dozen times before this, mostly at a bar in my city, never the powder at home. Figured I'd give the extract a shot. Ordered the 1oz.
Verdict: it works, and it works harder than I expected.

Great packaging, taste, everything

So good. the packaging, taste, everythign

Reliable

One thing I'll praise: across the several sessions I had with it, the effects were consistent. Same dose, same general result. That reliability matters more than people realize

Stronger and cleaner than instant

Against the instant kavas I've tried, this is stronger and cleaner-tasting, if you can believe that "cleaner-tasting" applies to anything in this category. Instant kava often has a slightly stale, processed edge to it. This didn't.
