Life gets busy. Between work, school, family and everything else, it's nice to have an easy, alcohol-free drink for the slow part of the day. Here's a quick look at what GÜD Tonics are, how they taste, and where people like to bring them.
What Are GÜD Tonics?
GÜD Tonics are ready-to-drink kava tonics. Each one is made with noble kava root extract and Mitragyna speciosa (kratom), lightly sweetened with stevia. Kava comes from the root of a South Pacific plant that's been prepared as a shared drink for centuries.
Because they contain kratom, GÜD Tonics are for adults 21 and over only.
Three Flavors
- Baja Bliss is guava.
- Pink Sunset is cherry, strawberry and lime.
- TropiColada is pineapple and coconut.
Not sure where to start? Our flavor guide walks through all three.
Easy to Bring Along
Each bottle is ready to pour. Shake it, chill it and serve it over ice. The label lists two servings per bottle. People like to bring them to:
- Picnics and backyard hangs
- Game nights and movie nights
- Dinners with friends
- A quiet evening at home
A Few Things to Know
GÜD Tonics aren't for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Never mix them with alcohol, and don't drink them before driving. Kava products have been linked to rare cases of liver injury, so talk to your doctor first if you have a liver condition or take medication. Every lot's lab report is on our Lab Results page.

How We Revise This Page
2 October 2026: Rewrote this page. The earlier version described GÜD Tonics in health terms we can't stand behind, gave serving advice, and mentioned an old discount and a flavor name we no longer use. This version sticks to what's in the bottle, how it tastes and where it fits.
